Hi! I'm Rachel Bailey and I love to help friends grow $25,000 of savings and turn it into $25,000 of recurring income.

Real estate set us free from the chains of requiring a W2 to give us income. We were also fed up with the system that doesn't help wage earners actually have time to enjoy their income.
We have always been faithful at saving 10%, giving 10% to church, and living on less than the rest. We even make sure to contribute the max to 401Ks and start IRAs. But when my husband changed employers after 15 years and found out he had a 'tiny' bit in his retirement account.....we got mad. How in the heck could we ever retire?!?
I started working as a real estate auctioneer and at my firs education class, I learned that "401Ks will never help you have enough to retire". And that was IT! We HAD to do something more.
I interviewed ALLLLL the investors I knew and came up with a couple of strategies to take massive action. After we made 33% return on our first investment ....we were hooked.
This is my why.
We had all the education yet felt scammed by traditional investing methods. Real estate opened the doors to significant income PLUS the ability to make our money work for us.
But then I realized....what if we didn't have the education? What if we didn't have a pool of investing options at our finger tips? How much more frustrating would this be???
I spent 7 years going to networking groups to learn what newbies needed to know....and then realized there are major sections missing to help new business investors be successful.
